ACDelco DEXRON-VI Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid is the latest addition to the trusted DEXRON series of automotive transmission fluids. It offers more consistent shift performance, even under extreme conditions, and has superior resistance to degradation over time. This transmission fluid helps to prolong the lifespan and enhance the performance of automatic transmissions.

ACDelco DEXRON-VI Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid is designed for use in vehicles that meet the following specifications: fully approved by GM, recommended for GM transmissions from 2006 onwards that require DEXRON-VI Automatic Transmission Fluid (replacing DEXRON-III and DEXRON-II(E)), or suitable for any other vehicle manufacturer that specifies DEXRON-VI, III, or II(E). It should not be used in CVT (Continuously Variable Transmissions) or DCT (Dual Clutch Transmissions) which require specialized fluids.

This transmission fluid is also compatible with earlier Dexron automatic transmission fluids and can serve as an upgraded replacement for older vehicles/transmissions originally using previous Dexron fluids. It offers improved performance in terms of friction durability, viscosity stability, aeration and foam control, and oxidation resistance. Furthermore, it has the potential to enhance fuel efficiency and extend the lifespan of the transmission, allowing for longer drain intervals.
